Social Services Board

The McDowell County Department of Social Services is overseen by the Board of Social Services. The Board is required to comply with applicable provisions of federal and state law in the discharge of their powers and duties. The Board meets on the last Tuesday of every month at 3:00 PM in the boardroom of the Department of Social Services.
