Community Alternatives Program For Disabled Adults

CAP-DA offers a quality, cost effective alternative to placement in intermediate and skilled care nursing facilities, by providing in home and community based care for adult medicaid recipients.  Services meet the needs of the client while providing relief to the informal caregivers.
